These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bar Maths, operated by Just another Business Idea Partnership (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website or purchasing Bar Maths, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not purchase or use the product.

2. The Product
Bar Maths is a digital, spreadsheet-based financial management system designed for bar owners and hospitality operators.
The product is delivered digitally via email with access instructions. Customers create their own copy of the product from our Google Drive.
Bar Maths is not software-as-a-service (SaaS), does not require an account, and does not integrate with POS systems.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use Bar Maths.
By purchasing, you confirm that:
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You are purchasing the product for business or professional use
4. Purchases & Payments
All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers, including:
Stripe
PayPal
We do not store or process payment card details ourselves.
5. Currency
Bar Maths currently supports a limited set of currencies.
Customers requiring a currency not listed on the website must contact us before purchasing so the correct currency can be configured.
There is no additional charge for supported currency setup.
6. Delivery & Access
After purchase, customers receive:
Email delivery with a link to access Bar Maths
Instructions to create a personal copy of the product
Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment.
7. Licence & Permitted Use
When you purchase Bar Maths, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own business purposes.
You may:
Use Bar Maths within your own venue or business
Modify the spreadsheet for your own internal use
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or distribute Bar Maths
Share copies with third parties outside your business
Use the product for commercial resale, training, or consultancy without written permission
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Bar Maths, including templates, structure, formulas, and documentation, remain the property of Just another Business Idea Partnership.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
9. No Professional Advice
Bar Maths is provided as a decision-support and financial clarity tool.
It does not constitute:
Accounting advice
Financial advice
Legal advice
Tax advice
You remain responsible for your business decisions and compliance with applicable laws.
We recommend consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.
10. Accuracy & User Responsibility
Bar Maths relies on the accuracy of information entered by the user.
We are not responsible for:
Errors arising from incorrect data entry
Decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate information
Financial outcomes resulting from use of the product

We may update, improve, or modify Bar Maths from time to time.

12. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of Bar Maths and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Our total liability arising from your use of Bar Maths is limited to the amount paid for the product
14. Indemnity
